My guess was and is the mystery is solved. NWBO/Advent needed more money because MHRA GMP inspection caseload was backed up, and LP needs to keep the lights on. Bigger obliged, and helped offset the small delay, and pointed it out with his information entropy comment. It wasn’t evident what he meant until a few days later, when NWBO pointed out MHRA caseload slowed things down a bit.
