Squingebob, If you take the $143.5M minus the $106.7M you get $36.8M which is $1.16 per share before taxes. Since they reported $.83 their tax rate must have been 28.5%. Where are their R&D credits etc.? Shouldn't the corporate tax be 21%? As I said before they have restructuring (write downs) to do with everything that they have ever bought. If any company is willing to sell anything to IDCC it must be a terrible deal!!!! When Liren and the 40 thieves restructure it means take money from the shareholders and give it to themselves.
