Note markets, not "market"

I didn't pull the various call transcripts for the various conferences, but for a long time, CaptBeer and others were promoting a "big 5" launch, I highly doubt they all came up with that independent of Amarin.

One can lawyer-up and claim they didn't explicitly date each market, but it is very clearly misdirection to talk up all of Europe, then slide to only Germany, with the rest "eventually."
