USPTO will not approve any trademark related to cannabis or CBD/hemp which is why they are dead. However, filing these puts a marker down for the time in the future when USPTO will allow these trademarks.
Not going to go back to look for links, but I think some of the Berman suck ups wrote nonsense like there was no patent application.
In any event, assuming the patent is issued as applied for, next will be determining if the formulation has value in a clinical setting. Given the number of CBD trials now coupled with the Jazz Pharmaceutical purchase it will be interesting to see what valuation this will become.
