Am I missing something huge here? I read the S-1 and the S-1A as a registration of shares NOT owned by the company. I did not read the S-1 or S-1A as raising capital for the Company. And I didn't read the S-1A as raising another $20 million at $4.68 but rather as an amendment to the S-1 that adds 4,545,454 shares to be registered to account for (i) an increase in shares registered to owners like Hunt Technologies, Red Cap, Kingdom, etc. as compared to their registered shares in the S-1, and (ii) the addition of registered shares owned by James Aston, MACABA, Pangea, and Marshall Webb, all of whom where excluded from the S-1.
