Great in-depth interview tradero, which really helps one understand all the paths Lebby has traveled successfully, including the Post-2000 tech bubble downturn where he worked for (led) an industry trade association in Wash DC. While there he was probably applying/developing his MBA skills and knowledge on the industry/political system in USA which helped him further the photonics area of growth.
