IMO it’s not really about retention rates if so few are even paying. If this company was somehow able to get 20 % of their total number of supposed users/downloads of its products to pay $10 for one month or even for 3 months this would be trading above $1B market cap. I don’t think they can do it though. I’d bet not even 1 in 10 users would continue To use the products if forced to pay $10 for one month or even $3.33 / month. I guess everyone will see soon.
