GSPE wrapped their fiscal year Sept 30th without inking a drilling contract

Due date for their 10-K is around Dec 30th (haven’t checked the exact date with holiday and weekend variables)

No update would be required absent a material event like a contract so I don’t “expect” one without a tangible reason

Let’s hope there is one, just for the right reasons

I do unfortunately expect the share price to struggle as more time passes and the inevitable tax loss season weighs on the tape

Maybe it would be better if I give out packets of GSPE shares instead of candy to the costumed goblins at my door
