Get the loan agreement, read is and then you could state something with authority.

For sure on 5grains. He listed 5 ways he could finance that in a CC so using some of this loan $ for 5g makes total sense imo

so after the 3 years of not paying any payment on the loan his payment will be how many million?
The bank would have to have been sold that he has money coming in to make payments so I would find it interesting to know where those millions will be coming in as revenue I sure the Bank or who ever saw an example perhaps from DUBI that there will be a lot of money coming into this business would be nice to know and focus on where that will come from and yes Five grain would be a start.
