No, they don't report those moves, let alone to me. However, I have been part of NDAs (not related to drugs or biotech - mine were in the technology space). There is a lot of info available to those under NDA before information is made public.
I am 100% certain that any credible possible buyer isn't waiting to see AUPH show off data on a poster at some conference. They know.
One corollary of that is that none of the potential suitors can really make a bid that would be acceptable both to AUPH and their own shareholders until the data IS public.
