Is it the same guy who posted in June that the there would be a merger with Guardstruments in 2-3 months? If that Twitter poster said the sky is green, should everyone believe it? Most people are not gullible enough to believe anonymous Twitter posts from cheerleaders.
regardless of what the form says, otc will have to change the status back to N in order for the restrictions to go away a couple days later. lets hope that happens.
