I believe it is taking longer because everything is being done at the same time.

This is my opinion as well - I think it is the only logical 'excuse' at this point.

Any other reasoning that I can deduct would imply some sort of problem. So I am hopeful that the BLA is right on the heels of the article and, if this is the case, am also in the camp of "not happening until '22".
