My guess. Action is a large investor willing to go in another $10 to $50 million worth. They are selling their warrants after converting and making that kind of killing from the original price of 20 to 22 cents. They have an agreement to fund with NWBO and they are orchestrating the price action. Same activity below 25 cents a year ago.
The company keeps a reliable relationship with the investor and when it is announced the share price will move back up. If it is a 10 day average price and it was done today we would have a deal above $1.10. We just do not know how long this will go on.
