They ($ENZC board) are the majority shareholders, so they don't need to communicate to anybody except themselves.
We are not their financial supporters. They made the money on the stock when it was issued, not on the current PPS. Were you one of the initial shareholders to buy when the stock was issued (making you a true financial supporter)? I highly doubt it.
