I suspect some twitter manipulators bailed due to some of their peers getting arrested yesterday.

But the future of MCIC remains the same as people have been discussing. Just need OTC and the company to finish.

This was all due to the new rule change for companies that are not "pink current", An investor decided that the potential of having difficulty selling was high risk. That is why level 2 is different today.
