This trade, #306 today, after hours of course, likely netted SHMP a couple of thousand to make Bilky and Easterlied’s paycheck, but today’s number represents of the 826,715 shares traded today, 8.3% or 69,012 were dilutive shares.

Now let the delusional shrimpies pontificate all the reasons and opinions these were not dilutive trades…in the meantime of laughing, keep a close eye on the O/S published by the Transfer Agent on OTCMarkets.
