Best to wait a few weeks and discuss after the next 10-Q comes out (mid Nov).

On the minor details side we will have a much better read on cash, burn and cash from exercising then. On a more important issue, it is reasonable to suspect LP has some sort of financing plan (other than issuing shares) in her plans for Nov. or so,
