Yea, me to. I'm not sure, and if anyone here knows please post the answer. It appears that in the past small companies and foreign companies could post their financials/disclosures on OTC markets and be considered current. It now appears they also have to file with the SEC. RHCO has not filed with SEC but did with OTC markets just a few days ago.
Not a lawyer, so do not know.
