Yeah - don't want to count chickens before they hatch, but I too was doing some initial modeling of how to deploy AUPH funds against my stock shopping list.

That said, the huge volume suggests to me that there is something to the rumor, especially as it was published on Fidelity and Bloomberg, not some internet message board. In other words, it appears that BIG PLAYERS believe there is something to the rumor.

RMD U might want to chk out the Form 4 sale I just copied/pasted from Fidelity and try and confirm it was a preplanned ...not open market sale

The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person.

It was a huge option grant that he then sold plus some extra.
So he set up the 10b-5 some time ago and either the date or the price ...trading at $30 ...triggered it ( my guess )
