No, when one is discussing why a company would be silent in such a period and says it is best practice, that is not pure supposition or speculation. First off the company has said they are doing it and is run by lawyers. Secondly, I know from my own sources and experience this is in fact the best thing for them to do. That is factual.

Saying their being quiet is BS, is not even an attempt at being factual.

Troc, he said it is factual and when internet guy says something is factual, there is not much you can say in response. Its actually how OJ was declared not guilty. Johnny Cochran simply stated that OJ did not commit those murders because his own sources confirmed it was factual. Judge Ito and the jury had no choice but to acquit.
