Why not give him a call and ask him what public traded company in the USA or Australia has lead to success for us retail investors.

The answer is the same not 1 company since 1999....so you wish to bet on RM involving this company? Now RM will win but not retail investors as this company will end up with several new names prior to the next start up he wishes to get into. He can't lose as he is holding the shares while retail investors hold the bag.

Again just ask RM what company has been successful for retail investor NOT insiders, insiders always win and you should already know that.

I'll be waiting for that answer until hell freezes over since I know and RM know the the answer.
