I don't think people care much about credibility.

Ask the ITUP shareholders if they think it is a matter of no importance that their CEO is making promises, and has done so for a long time, without keeping them.

Getting current on OTC.
Filing audited financials.
Getting a proper website.
Posting an updated action plan.
