should a partnership with a BP for the USA take another 3 months to hammer out? another 6 months? or should we wait till 2028 or 2029 then hammer out the USA partnership?

Share price this low scares me only for the following reasons:
1-If the company has a rapid decline in US sales, the prospect of borrowing becomes much more expensive and the concept of issuing shares for an offering becomes "Jason" scary.
2-Sale of the company is typically priced at a multiple of current price.
3-Most quality institutions are not prone to buying penny (<$5.00) stocks.
4-Riffraf trading based on bogus narratives becomes too commonplace.
