Hard to say what is priced in or not already. Also historical valuation metrics may or may not reflect today or the future. A couple of years ago Apple had roughly a 6 (or 9) PE ratio and today is about a 30 PE. 20 years ago retirement meant a pension and owning a home. 10 years from now, it could be "I just need to own 1,000 shares of NWBO, then I'm set".
I’m not certain timing prerequisites can be accurately priced in, particularly when there has been no pricing in since their appearance on the horizon. Nothing requiring a time dimension remotely associated with NWBO can be priced in ahead of time. We only needed the huge jump from endpoint modification acceptance last fall to learn that lesson.
