Fair assessment but the last raise has warrants executed and short was executed by said warrant holders, perfect storm with naked shorting. I have spoken with management there will be no more mistakes with capital raises. As for the raise that will happen with NASDAQ uplist I have been told it won't even be negotiated till LGIQ is trading many multiples higher. Three friendly IBs are interested. I took part in arranging one firm.

Once INTL is out of the box LGIQ will trade up aggressively.
