I have suspicions, that this selling is the investment banks knocking the price down for their capital raise. This is how they play. If it is shorting, they, the IB's, are certainly not fighting for a higher price. This is how they do these offerings. Hopefully this capital raise is close. I don't think you will get the spinoff before. Just my opinion.
