Spongetech had its products in Walgreens and WalMart, butt, admittedly, it never had a 'strategic partnership' with Bobb Loblaw's as SnL had.

Theranos was in over 400 Walgreens stores, AND it had a partnership with both Walgreens and Safeway, butt alas it never had a 'strategic partnership' with Bobb Loblaw's as SnL had.

The best scams always use a prop product or money-losing 'business' to claim it is nott a scam. Butt it is.

How is that 'strategic partnership' with Bobb Loblaw's goin' these days?

The last non-viable restaurant pennyscam I recall was Grandma' Kitchen in the '90s.

What do you do when you have a chronically money-losing biz? Put it on the Pinks and sell stock and CONvertible debt to cover the endless LOSSES. Meanwhile insiders enrich themselves and their relatives at the expense of the common stockholders who get diluted into dust.

This pennyturd has never made a single profitable year in its 35+ years of existence as a publicly traded pennyscam turdstock.

That is the definition of a scam.
