People that are paying certainly don't think it is vaporware. IMO it is definitely not vaporware even though "Full" in FSD could be "full-of-it" but they are head and shoulders better than what is available from others. VW building a coding school is an indication.
RE come back to haunt them. How do you see that manifested theoretically? Seems that there is enough cars and customers for them to realize legal push back already if there is foundation for action.
