IF he were actually able to make good on his promise to give PRPM shareholders "2-for-1 dividends" then he will have to issue another 26.4 BILLION shares of BDGR... bringing the O/S to >> 58.6 BILLION<<

Not to worry as I don't see FINRA ever approving one of his goofy dividend schemes. They haven't done so with his previous ones. And the promised pay date for this one has already come and gone.
