Haha buttercup! You would know all about lawsuits. Lmao. Remember last judgement against the Hawk didn’t go too well. From the beginning Darcy has sought to clear the Hawk from dead weight. Getting rid of the loser Schreiber was just the beginning. Now he’s clearing the books of junk debt at little to NO cost to shareholders. The Hawk will soar while losers will continue to be losers.

$5,000 / mo medical sales, Sheriff’s seizure, Sheriff’s sale. Cant file on time, nor able to file within the prescribed extension time…cannot or will not ( I didn’t quite understand the terms of the description within the NT-10Q ) file and literally may never file again. It was nice to finally hear something from the company though. My opinion is RedHawk was probably getting nervous about maybe getting kicked to the expert market.

I hope this gets better for the loyal RedHawk longs.

I think ( in my opinion ) this gets much worse. Where does a $5,000/mo one man “company” come up with $125,000?
