If you read what i posted there was 4 actions on MDO's.2 were Federal appeals court decisions that stayed the 2 MDO's and 2MDO's were stayed by the FDA pending further review. the MDO for Bidi was stayed therefore KAVL can market all 9 flavors legally pending further review.
