Yes,,,when the stock is at the peak, barcharts says "buy" so that their best friends can sell...when it is historicaly low as of right now, they say sell so that their buddies can buy. Just look at the stock charts. the 200dma is holding and the rsi is at 35...this is where most sane traders will load the boat.
