The Bulgarian who has criminal charges and has no legitimate claim against the company? The one ducking service? Is that who you mean? Focus on the positive, this is a great company and you people are off base.

I don't think the case is a big deal in and of itself. What I mean is that if ENZC wins or not, it won't make any material difference vs. where we stand today. However, the fact that there's a crew of demonstrably shady people in influencing roles is an issue I see as continuing to haunt the company until disassociation occurs.

It won't surprise me if Savov is never successfully served. You're not dealing with a legal system (in Bulgaria) that's known for its international cooperation.

Does it really matter?

There were two legal actions that I've heard/read about on this board:

1.) $ENZC filed a suit for slander/defamation/talking sh!t against this joker to shut him up and prevent him from interfering with $ENZC's business - this is no longer a factor because the Samsumg Biologics transaction provides social proof that $ENZC is legit and this joker has nothing to do with them.

and/or

2.) $ENZC is working to reclaim the shares that this guy holds. Again, not a factor because these shares are already included in the overall shares outstanding. $ENZC is doing this more out of spite because they feel this guy shouldn't be able to partake in future profits. If $ENZC wins, retakes the shares, and retires them/pulls them out circulation, this would raise the share price. I doubt this (retiring shares) will happen though.
