GS and their clients are harvesting cheap shares during this year long holding pattern, imo; and when they rob the retails enough, they will raise the price to where it should be for the PFE takeover. In every deal, it is their style, imo.

makes a lowball buyout offer more acceptable to shareholders....

shareholders are fed up with the low stock price. will be quick to agree to something in the teens.....
