So my take is that Dr Reddy is not infringing based on their label. … I don’t have info on their marketing material

The infringement in this case takes place further down the line when insurers like HealthNet get PA’s indicating the drug is for CAD and dispense GV anyway …. Which is why AMRN is suing HealthNet also
But the big picture
Total scripts are stalled at about 100k a wk as per Raf’s data
This in a TAM ( total addressable market…R-IT indication ) in the millions in the US ….almost 2 yrs since the R-IT approval
