The order of mergers is still speculative, although Frank did indicate that he would try to complete JPEX first. He didn't say why.

Anything regarding merger timing is purely speculation. Frank did indicate that he does want to get moving on the merger front. He said he is in conversations with several different merger candidates.

If you can't wait a few months for OCLG to find a merger partner, you should probably sell your shares and look for another shell that might be merging sooner. I could give you a couple of suggestions, but that would be off-topic.
