GL takes away more V market share than gV which is under limited supply so not an immediate threat currently.

Once again..it is not the Pharmacists fault.. He is following his state generc laws..He is unaware of what the MD's intentions of a V RX,

If he writes for CVD then in a court of law we might have some luck..
If I knew the MD wanted it for CVD, I am supposed to know that V is for CVD and giving GL would be legLLY WRONG UNLESS I CALLED THE MD TO LEGALLY CHANGE IT.

AMARIN Must send letters to al Mds appraising them on the infringement of their drugs, citing present lawsuits....
