marjac, thanks for posting. I did not expect to read the entire court document and instead wait for the 'Reader's Digest' version from the legal community on this site. However, I did read the entire document and though I am not a lawyer, I would be surprised if this were to be dismissed. I think the Judge gets the facts and will not be swayed by the two defendants Hikma and Health.
