Nope. The Commission can take as long as it needs to come to a decision.

It’s only been months since the commission GRANTED the PFR.

The years YOU are talking about were caused by:

1. DBMM ignoring the SEC for the first year.

2. DBMM refusing to timely amend filings that the Div of Corp Fin’s deemed faulty.

3. DBMM refusing to amend ALL the issues found with faulty filings.

DBMM itself (meaning Linda Perry) has been its OWN WORST ENEMY!

If they had acquiesced to the SEC requests to make amendments to filings - this would’ve been over YEARS ago.

our wait is just getting started. time will go faster if you keep reading the posts that say soon, imminent, we are getting closer, next month(never this month) etc. etc. remember, it's not about your wealth, it's for the grandkids. dbmm
