Fair market value is between .77 and 3.80 imo, with the Ghana contract. Higher once we find out how much revenue the India joint ventures will bring in.

Fair value should precede r/s..$20Million marketcap is not fair value considering all the dealings TPTW has in pipeline. I’d say $1-$4Billion should get us to r/s consideration range to NASDAQ then NASDAQ bigFunds takes TPTW to $10-$40 Billion marketcap in 5 years imo.
