Yeah Ecomike you are 100% right. I misread your initial phrase convertible debt/loan as you meant convertible debt and convertible loan. Which basically are the same thing, no? I thought you meant convertible debt and loans in general, being it non convertible loans and/or non convertible loans, got caught in the details, as always.
This management team is all about reducing the convertible loans of the previous owners of the shell and not taking on any new convertible debentures. ;-)
