Ah .. I missed this article. So they don't really need to be $5 to raise Reg A+ (and I like the fact that they are raising $35M and not the full $50M SEC qualified them for - this shows they are giving away just as much of the company as really needed i.e. 7M preferred shares @ $5)
The Preferred D shares will only convert in a meaningful way upon NASDAQ listing. So by that time, the SP should be 4+ anyways, and more likely well above that number for the investors to buy in.
Let's wait and see.. _IF_ they successfully close this Reg A+ , it is a clear signal that some serious tute horsepower believes in the company and its future potential, and the SP will grow organically.
Imho there's a lot to be optimistic about. I just cant help shake the feeling this stock is the next AALP ... very similar holding setup, tracking increasing revenue growth already in the books, huge catalysts from SkyBridge, UM Power JV, and Alpha Design.
Am I missing something?
