He said they were uplisting this year! How in the heck do you think they’re going to do it. Read the offering, they are selling one share for $5.00. They need the $38,000,000 to uplist, they need to sell all of the $5.00 shares. The f,,,ing PPS is .024, you do the math! They need the PPS to be over $5.00 to sell the shares for $5.00. They need it at 6 or 7 dollars. After an RS the share price usually drops, so they need the PPS to hit 8 or 9 dollars to end up at $6.00 or $7.00. They can’t uplist without the 38 million. What the heck do you think they’re going to do?
