Hey Rich I do too and I believe there is more to story than we will ever know.

For Foley to do what he did, there had to be reason for his confidence. They poached all of the good EOLS & Allergan employees for their expertise, was my assumption. I still really don't get any of this. How did they not get every tom dick and harry inspector in there every week until it was right?
