If it happens..r/s will be close to Billion$ marketcap first worse-case…then qualified investors will see revenue growth potential and take marketcap closer to $4Billion imo…doing r/s at $20Million dollars is closer to 500:1 vs. 4:1 over $1(closer to $Billion marketcap/fair value considering all the contract wins over $Billion)..NASDAQ considered due to fair value being closer to over $BILLION not current $20Million lmao…shareholders shouldn’t be deterred by r/s since NASDAQ is the topic CEO is presenting to uplist by/around 2022. Few traders think they can keep marketcap closer to $20Million to force company to r/s more shares but that simply isn’t going to happen imo as NASDAQ is the topic presented by CEO.
