I've managed 3 very successful public companies traded on the American and New York exchanges. I attribute a great deal of my success to to trying to make every person involved, especially the shareholders/investors know that they are respected for their contributing capabilities and important to the process.
With respect to biopharma companies, I'm beginning to understand that a certain degree of management skills is directly related to the world of "covert/secretive" operations much like the espionage game !!!
In the case of Northwest, they're doing a pretty good job based on the passionate pleas and statements that we read on IHUB and elsewhere demanding information. I hope our competitors are having as much difficulty in gaining information as we are!!!:):):)
And to you, Sir P, you've paid to get in the game! Enjoy it while you're in and don't worry about trying to change the rules as you go!!! Longs, shorts, analysts ... are drawn to this company like an electro magnet and a lot of that draw is the "thrill of the chase and the ultimate victory for their side" !!!!! Sir P. it's not personal, just a lot of people expending a lot of energy and trying to have fun in the process!!! Make yourself smile and in that moment, all your cares will fall away like Autumn leaves.
Cheers,
BB
