Because they are not needing to reassure you about every ghost you see in the market place of ideas. That’s for your due diligence. They are a tiny company focused fully right now on getting to market, not selling you shares. There is no offering and more likely that would be a risk factor.

Whether investors understand the ins and outs of competing technologies is up to them. I have yet to see a Car-T or other oncology company send some executive out to say why their drug might not be threatened by competitors.

So while your comment sounds good to people on bulletin boards, it’s really not what you see generally happening with any company that I am familiar with in this space or at this level or even at a much larger level. When was the last time you saw Merck or BMY’s CEO explaining the differences and competitive advantages of their PD-L1 drug versus their competitors to investors? And those are fully licensed drugs, when was the last time you saw a company with pending Phase 3 data come out and make such statements? You won’t. Their results are supposed to speak for themselves.

I've managed 3 very successful public companies traded on the American and New York exchanges. I attribute a great deal of my success to to trying to make every person involved, especially the shareholders/investors know that they are respected for their contributing capabilities and important to the process.

With respect to biopharma companies, I'm beginning to understand that a certain degree of management skills is directly related to the world of "covert/secretive" operations much like the espionage game !!!

In the case of Northwest, they're doing a pretty good job based on the passionate pleas and statements that we read on IHUB and elsewhere demanding information. I hope our competitors are having as much difficulty in gaining information as we are!!!:):):)

And to you, Sir P, you've paid to get in the game! Enjoy it while you're in and don't worry about trying to change the rules as you go!!! Longs, shorts, analysts ... are drawn to this company like an electro magnet and a lot of that draw is the "thrill of the chase and the ultimate victory for their side" !!!!! Sir P. it's not personal, just a lot of people expending a lot of energy and trying to have fun in the process!!! Make yourself smile and in that moment, all your cares will fall away like Autumn leaves.

Cheers,

BB
