Very, very well stated!! I've reviewed the company's literature and have yet to find a single document that describes the process in a simple, straight forward way that we have!! Brokers/sales people need a short paragraph on the subject that everyone can understand in order to close the sale. I believe that our comments could be combined to provide the perfect "pitch sheet" !!!
