I am not exactly sure that is a true timeframe.
The main issue appears to be the WCB.
The other issues appear to be procedural and documentation related.
From my understanding from the 483 -it appears that the WCB issues are not huge.

That is just my 2 cents.

You have the right to change your mind but why the hesitation? Dilution will happen but is it not still worth ~5 billion (let's assume approval someday). Burn can lessen in meantime
