Thats what u know.There are shares issued and already out in the hands of the Either KKR or the COOP BOD.But of course thats your DD not my.And they are above 146M shares issued and out.My question is why have they been issued and if they arent for the Escrows for they could be?For mergers or aquisitions they are just to many so the only Reasonable choise is the Escrows.
