What I do know is I have been in other stocks with EMA lawsuits and it seems their whole biz strategy is praying upon small companies with liquidity issues, and they are litigious as hell. I've seen where they altered a conversion formula in a contract, heavily in their favor, and sued to enforce it down the road. Lack of good faith, in my opinion.
